While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either canceling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.
Products
All products and brands we sell are brand new and from the original manufacturer. Please note that all products will be distributed directly from our overseas supplier which explains how we are able to sell the products at a much lower price compared to other online/retail chains around the world. This is a direct result of our savings on outlets and overheads, handling fees, and commission hungry sales technicians. As a result we are able to pass on the savings directly to you, which in turn you could/can pass on to your customers, or simply treat yourself and friends to extra cool stuff.Bearing this in mind we wish to inform you that we do not keep any stocks at our NZ sales office due to the above. And all orders must be entered via our website only, as we do not take orders via phone or email due to administrative and human error.
Ordering
The information displayed on this web site, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement.When you send an order by means of the On-line store for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the products and/or services selected. We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order may be accepted by us by means of an e-mail confirming the order sent to the e-mail address supplied with the order.
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, prior to the order being shipped. A contract or agreement for the products and/or services selected shall only be formed once our confirmation message is correctly sent to the address of your electronic mailbox on your Internet access provider's server. It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
No orders shall be accepted if received from persons under the age of 18.
Payment

Please Note that the advertised price might not be the same price charged to the credit card account (unless you pay in US$ where there is no fluctuations) due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to NZ$ at the actual exchange rate on the day it is processed. Also note that Fragrant World does not add any loading fee on international currency exchange it is at the bank rate on the day)Delivery
All Orders are delivered via local courier or FeDex in view of the high value item. Our sales team will email customers as soon as the product is shipped. Shipping duration ranges from 10-15 working days depending on the location of the customer.In the event that Fedex or other couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
The Customer is solely responsible for custom tax and other charges applicable per shipment.
Return / Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that a Return Policy is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.A return policy is only effective for 7 days starting from the day the customer received the item.
The condition of a return policy:
1. The products is still factory sealed and unused.
2. All shipping and insurance charges are the customers responsibility.
3. A restocking fee of 25% applies to the actual cost of the product bought excluding any other fee.
4. All other fee associated to the sales of the product will not be entitled for refund.
5. The return of the products must be shipped by FeDex and a tracking number must be provided to us within 3 working days once approved for return.
6. The return of the products must be approved by us before sending back
Failure to meet the above return policy, we will consider the product as sold. Losses arise from the agreed return terms will be fully borne by customer. Any additional charges arise must be fully paid to us before refunding is made.
